In my second year of applications, I decided to give MedView's program a go as I had heard good things about it. MedView gave me the opportunity to meet 4 different students studying medicine all across Australia, who have shared their own bits of wisdom and personal experiences in medical school. Fortunately, I was able to get into my first-preference med school this year!

Attending MedView this year has been a great opportunity that took me a long way with my grades. The tutors have boosted my passion for the things I studied this year. Throughout this year there have been many times when I have thought about giving up and choosing a pathway easier than Medicine however talking to my tutors has given me a spark of hope and motivation to keep going.

The worksheets that MedView provided for every class and review sessions were extremely beneficial in testing and finding gaps in my knowledge. The exam review sessions were also enjoyable and gave me a holistic view of the subject. The Q&A sessions after classes were also helpful as it gave me an opportunity to get clarification on concepts I found difficult, without holding up the class.

I was fortunate enough to undergo tutoring from MedView throughout this year. I really valued the insights the tutors had to offer from having gone through the whole first year experience themselves. I believe MedView is doing a lot of good for young aspiring students and I appreciate how the tutors and mentors stick with you throughout the year. It was very inspirational for me.

I think one advantage that UK medicine now say, advantage or a different perspective it provides over local medicine, is the fact that you can intercalate and do an extra degree apart from medicine. If it wasn't for MedView / Crimson I wouldn't have known this was an opportunity and would probably not have applied to the UK at all!!

My experience with MedView was really great. I felt supported by my tutors who were full of life and character, who reassured me when I began to feel stressed about the upcoming exams. MedView has provided me with an excellent foundation for my pre-med journey. I found the Flying Start course to be a valuable resource as it helped me ease into the first semester workload, which I would have found much more difficult otherwise. Moreover, the weekly revision sessions were very useful for consolidating lecture content, and I found all of the tutors to be approachable and well-versed at answering any of my questions.
