Being from overseas, the medical school pathways are quite different. The biggest misconception is probably how hard it is to get into med school. An ATAR of 99.95 is what I've heard from most people since I came to Australia 4 years ago, so I thought med school was impossible, especially for someone like me with a non-science background. It turns out that I could also make it with some hard work.
